  Since his return to Task Force 93 from reserves, Iskander al-Kwaritzmi, also known as Matt on Discord, has really hit the ground running and gotten involved in the activities that the fleet offers. It’s great to see such hard work and dedication and today we get to recognise that!
  
  Since his return to active status, he has successfully completed the Character Creation program and has gone on to create a complete character biography for his character, Iskander al-Kwaritzmi. He has also listed five characters on BFMS, mostly for his primary command, the USS Redding. In addition to this, he has earned 10 Combat Action Ribbons and, to further highlight his competitive spirit, has entered 12 Bravo Fleet competitions!
  
  Given these achievements and the dedication they represent, it gives me great pleasure to nominate Iskander al-Kwaritzmi for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant! Congratulations!
