  Ever since his promotion to the rank of Lieutenant on October 15, 2023, Jabir, known as DeepAlpha on Discord, has embarked on an incredible journey of achievements!
  
  His active presence in the TF17 Lounge is evident through his remarkable climb to level 10 on our Discord server. Beyond Discord, he's been tirelessly engaged in over 15 competitions on BFMS. Moreover, his written contributions aboard his Command the USS Gilroy have already exceeded 5,000 words, earning him a well-deserved 20 Service Ribbons!
  
  One of his extraordinary accomplishments is assembling a crew of well over 8 characters for the Gilroy, including a full biography for their counselor, John Allen, a testament to DeepAlpha's impressive writing skills! To top it all off, he has successfully completed the Fiction Writing Program at the Bravo Fleet Academy, further showcasing his writing prowess.
  
  With these outstanding achievements, it is our pleasure to extend our congratulations to DeepAlpha as he ascends to the senior ranks with his well-deserved promotion to Lieutenant Commander! Bravo, Commander!
  
  

Promoted to Lieutenant

  Jabir, aka DeepAlpha, has worked very hard since his last promotion on September 10th, so it is time to celebrate his promotion to full Lieutenant! DeepAlpha lists at least five characters on BFMS, and he has produced several fleshed-out biographies one of which is for Telkir the CO of his command. He also continues to be an active competitor by having submitted to at least 12 Bravo Fleet Competitions, which recently led him to win the ' Action Medal with Moon Cluster' for placing in 'Identify the Attackers of the Shuttlecraft Cibola! - Jigsaw Puzzle (Hard)' and the 'Action Medal with Planet Cluster' for the 'Star Trek Day: The Next Generation – Word Scramble'. DeepAlpha is not just a versatile competitor himself, but also an advocate for others to engage in competitions, as he has organized and overseen three of his own, including the highly acclaimed 'Borg with a twist – jigsaw.' Currently, he is actively running 'UFO Exploring a Planet' and 'The USS Enterprise in Standard Orbit of Earth'! Beyond these impressive feats, DeepAlpha has consistently demonstrated his active and friendly presence in the TF17 Lounge on Discord, where he has even reached Level 7 on our server. The accomplishments mentioned above only scratch the surface of DeepAlpha's contributions to the fleet, and we eagerly anticipate witnessing his future endeavors. It is my privilege to be the first to extend my congratulations to DeepAlpha on his promotion. Well done, Lieutenant!

Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade

  It is my pleasure to recommend Ensign Jabir, aka DeepAlpha, for promotion to the rank of lieutenant junior grade. Jabir lists at least three characters on the BFMS, including a complete biography for his character Carlos. He has also entered at least eight competitions and has reached Level 6 on the Bravo Fleet Discord. I'll note that he has demonstrated particular zeal in entering our Star Trek Day competitions, and he should be commended for diving into one of his first fleet activities! Thanks to his strong start with a commitment to activity in both writing and competitions, Jabir is well on his way up through the junior officer ranks. Well done!

Promoted to Ensign

  Its been a little while since Deepalpha's promotion to Midshipman, but it gives me great pleasure to be able to nominate them today. Since their last promotion, Deepalpha has been hard at work across the fleet. They clearly enjoy entering our competitions as they have entered at least 5 since joining the fleet and earned their first medal for successfully placing in one of those competitions. They earned the Action Medal with Moon Cluster for placing third in the recent 'Reflections' competition. They have also been hard at work creating characters for their command, the USS Gilroy and aboard Starbase Bravo. They have submitted a thorough and detailed biography for their character, Jabir, and is showing a great attitude towards making improvements and improving their work further. It is great to see Deepalpha becoming an active and integral part of our community and I wish them all the best with their new, well earned rank of Ensign. Congratulations!

Promoted to Midshipman

  In the 17 days since joining Bravo Fleet, Deepalpha has made impressive inroads. They have flown through the Cadet ranks, and today it is my pleasure to nominate them for the rank of Midshipman. As a fully authenticated member of the Bravo Fleet discord server, Deepalpha is becoming an active voice in various channels, including around TF17. This interest in communicating with the fleet's members seen them quickly rise to level 3 on our Discord server. However, their biggest achievements so far center around their activity in the Bravo Fleet Academy. Not only have they completed the mandatory New Member Program to earn their first badge, but they quickly enrolled on, and completed their second course, earning their second badge for the Character Creation Program. Some fantastic achievements for such a short period of time, and with them comes a well-earned promotion to Midshipman. I can't wait to see your choice of starship, and see how you choose to participate in Frontier Day and beyond. Congratulations!
