Throughout his membership in Bravo Fleet, Nitus has been a steady and persistent presence in our joint writing endeavours, in our contests, and on his own command. Today, his hard work has taken him to the next level and opened up a whole new set of possibilities.
Recently, Nitus has entered his 15th competition since joining the fleet. This includes competitions from our previous fleet action–The Lost Fleet–where he earned 8 challenge coins over the course of the event. He has well over 8 characters listed on the BFMS, many with in-progress or complete biographies. One such example is Anastasia Kast, the Assistant Chief Medical Officer on his command, the USS Paramount. He’s also earned over 20 Service Ribbons from the stories he’s written for his commands. Finally, he earned one of Task Force 17’s Starfleet Medal of Commendation this year in recognition of his prior levels of activity and his commitment to the fleet at large.
For all these reasons and more, it is my pleasure to nominate Nitus for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Congratulations!
In the month or so since Nitus' (The Watcher on Discord) last promotion, they've been busy beavering away to earn their next. I am thrilled to say those endeavours have paid off today.
Nitus has thrown themselves into a number of fleet areas during the last few months, including competitions. They have entered at least 12 different competitions and challenges, earning recognition and praise along the way. This culminated in earning at least 5 challenge coins for their participation in the recent fleet action, 'The Lost Fleet'.
Another area of the fleet where Nitus is excelling is with writing. They have joined RPGs, Starbase Bravo and Avalon Fleet Yards, all whilst writing aboard their own command, the USS Paramount. They have listed over 5 varied characters on the BFMS in this time, with one in particular, Tony Quinn (Staff Officer) having a full and detailed biography. Their efforts have been rewarded with earning at least 15 service ribbons for their solo writing.
It has been a pleasure to see Nitus' growth over the last few months, and I am thrilled to finally bestow upon them the rank of full Lieutenant. Congratulations!
Since their promotion to Ensign a little over a month ago, Nitus’s efforts in the Fleet Action and beyond have truly paid off and have allowed me the pleasure of nominating them for their next promotion!
In that time, they’ve filled out the ranks of their command and listed well over the required 3 characters on the BFMS, including their namesake character for whom they’ve created an interesting and detailed biography. Furthermore, the stories they’ve gone on to tell with this crew have earned them 12 Service Ribbons. Finally, they’ve earned more than 4 Challenge Coins across the duration of the fleet action by participating in ribbon races and submitting entries for challenges like [TLF Phase 2]: Spaceborne Lifeform and [TLF Phase 2]: Memory Game! A fabulous effort that helped the Task Force cross the finish line in 2nd place.
Congratulations, Nitus! We look forward to seeing you achieve even more aboard your new California-class command!
It's been a little under three weeks since Nitus' (The Watcher on Discord) most recent promotion to midshipman, and in that time they have achieved great success.
In the last few weeks, their activity and commitment to the Fleet has really started to shine through. They started off by following the fleet's Facebook social media profile, and they ended it by smashing out their first 8 service ribbons for writing aboard their primary command, the USS Kison. Most impressively of all, they have earned their third Academy badge by successfully completing the Command Management Program.
Congratulations on earning your next promotion, Nitus! With such a strong start to the FA, I can't wait to see what else you can achieve before their next promotion.
What a difference a month can make, especially for a new member like Giovanni De Luca. In the four weeks since they joined the fleet, they have made excellent progress in a number of areas, fully warranting their latest reward.
As a fully authenticated member of the Bravo Fleet discord server, De Luca (The Watcher) is becoming an active voice in various channels, including around TF17. This interest in communicating with the fleet's members has spread to Twitter, with them following our social media channel for news and updates. However, their biggest achievements so far center around their activity in the Bravo Fleet Academy. Not only have they completed the mandatory New Member Program to earn their first badge, but they have knuckled down to earn their second badge for the Character Creation Program.
Some fantastic achievements for such a short period of time, and with them comes your well-earned promotion to Midshipman. I can't wait to see your choice of small craft, and see how you choose to participate in the upcoming Fleet Action and beyond. Congratulations!
