Promoted to Lieutenant Commander

  Cole Shepard is definitely going places. Since joining the Fleet he has literally not stopped, hitting milestone after milestone along the way. Today, we mark another such milestone as he takes the next step up into the senior command ranks. To reach Lieutenant Commander takes hard work and effort, all of which Cole has put in in spades.
  
  Cole has listed eight characters on BFMS, and has also created a comprehensive biography for his fleet character, Cole Shepard. He is also a welcoming and consistent presence in the TF93 lounge, always ready to engage with other members, and has reached level 10 on the Fleet’s discord server. He’s been incredibly active in the competition arena with fifteen entries, including entries for The USS Enterprise in Standard Orbit of Earth competition, the UFO Exploring a planet competition, and the Borg with a twist – jigsaw competition. But it doesn’t stop there… he has also earned 20 Service Ribbons for his fiction on the USS Sausalito, which amounts to a very respectable 5000 words! And to add to that, he has successfully completed the Command Management Program!
  
  With his wide-ranging engagement and activity, as well as his enthusiasm for everything the Fleet has to offer, I’m delighted to nominate Cole Shepard for Lieutenant Commander! Congratulations!

Promoted to Lieutenant

  Since joining the Fleet just over a month ago, Cole Shepard has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the Task Force. His drive and determination have certainly shown what can be achieved if you set your mind to it and get stuck in. An active presence in the Fleet discord server Cole has achieved level 7, and is a pleasant and active presence in the TF93 lounge. He has also listed five characters on BFMS and has created a well-rounded biography for his command character, Krolo Alen. This is not the limit of Cole’s activity. Not only has he earned fifteen service ribbons for his fiction writing on the USS Sausalito, which amounts to an awesome 3940 words, he has also entered fifteen Bravo Fleet Competitions. This is a level of activity and engagement that is truly wonderful to see, and as such, I would like to recommend Cole Shepard for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant!

Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade

  Cole Shepard has come on leaps and bounds since he joined Bravo Fleet less than a month ago. In that time he has demonstrated his willingness to get stuck into all the activities the Fleet offers. Along with listing three character bios on BFMS, Cole has successfully completed the character creation program, which is an awesome start so early in his time with the fleet. He is also active on discord, happy to engage with other members and ask questions, and in doing so has reached level 6. This is not the total of Cole’s activity though, he has participated in the various competitions the fleet offers and has successfully placed in two of them. This level of activity and engagement is extremely promising and as such, it is my pleasure to nominate Cole Shepard to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade!

Promoted to Ensign

  There is no sign of slowing down for Cole Shephard, who continues to reach for the stars here in Task Force 93. He has continued engaging in the many activities we offer and is excited about doing so. Therefore, I am excited to be able to promote Cole Shepard to the rank of Ensign.
  
  Engaging with members on Bravo Fleet’s Discord server is an activity that Cole enjoys. He is always looking for ways to engage with other members and isn’t afraid to ask questions, which he has gained level 5. While chatting with members is always great, it isn't the only thing that he participates in. From the very beginning, he has jumped right into competitions and he has entered at least 5 of them thus far. Cole has not only been entering competitions he has also placed 1st in the ‘Star Trek Day: Prodigy - Slide Puzzle’ competition.
  
  Because of his continued enthusiasm for getting involved in activities, I am proud to promote Cole Shepard to the rank of Ensign! Congratulations, continue to reach for the stars!

Promoted to Midshipman

  Since arriving in Task Force 93 and Bravo Fleet, Cole Shepard has hit the ground running. Nothing has stopped him from participating in everything that we have to offer.
  
  Since arriving Cole has authenticated their Discord account to Bravo Fleet’s Discord server. Along with this, he has also earned the New Member Program badge through the Academy. Competitions are a fun activity, and he hasn’t shied away from jumping in and participating by entering at least two competitions. Cole Shepard has also followed Bravo Fleet on Facebook.
  
  Because of his continued enthusiasm and excitement, I am excited to be able to nominate Cole Shepard for promotion to Midshipman. Congratulations on your promotion!
