  From a physician aboard Starbase Bravo to the Chief Tactical Officer of the USS Denver, Cadet Senior Grade Chistopher Conroy (aka. Conroy / Mandrake on Discord) has been on a tear telling the story of his characters through both independent and collaborative writing!
  
  Since joining Bravo Fleet six months ago, Conroy has earned more than 3 Duty Ribbons and more than 5 Service Ribbons. Additionally, Conroy has authenticated his account on Discord and earned the New Member Program badge.
  
  Having met the criteria for promotion, it is my honor to nominate Cadet Senior Grade Christopher Conroy for the rank of Midshipman. I look forward to following Conroy's next adventures as he becomes eligible to take command of his very own California-class ship!
