  Lieutenant Junior Grade Complis Libran has hit the ground running since his return. He has been a great asset to Bravo Fleet and Task Force 93, participating in many of the activities that we offer. I am excited to see the growth he will continue to make and excited to be able to promote him to Lieutenant.
  
  Writing is one of the activities that Libran enjoys doing and telling stories for others to enjoy as well. He has earned at least 15 Service Ribbons which equal about 3,750 words written on his Primary Command the USS Mount Shasta. Along with this, he has a complete biography of his Primary Character Complish Libran. He also enjoys chatting with others on Bravo Fleet’s Discord server, which he has reached level 7. Complis Libran has also listed at least 5 characters on the BFMS which he currently writes with his command. Libran has also recently been awarded the Medal of Achievement.
  
  I am excited to see where the future takes him, because of these many achievements I am pleased to be able to nominate him for promotion to Lieutenant. Congratulations!
