  Silas Crowe aka Hurkxion continues his speedrun through the ranks! It’s been only a week since his promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade, and here we are at his next promotion already.
  
  Hurkxion continues to be an amiable presence on Discord and has already surpassed Level 7 on our server. He currently has more than 5 characters listed on the BFMS and continues to round out his crew’s biographies with a complete bio for Kiaran Patel, the Blythe’s Executive Officer. His introductory mission for the Blythe has earned him well over 15 service ribbons, and he has fleshed out his command on the BFMS and wiki by completing the Academy’s Command Management Program.
  
  I could go on, but we’ll save that for his next promotion which surely won’t be far away. Congratulations, Hurkxion, and bravo on all the work you’ve put in to get here!

Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade

  In the week since his promotion to Ensign, Silas Crowe aka Hurkxion has already far surpassed the requirements for his next promotion thanks to his active participation across the fleet!
  
  Just for starters, Hurkxion has surpassed Level 6 on Discord having become a regular participant in conversations across the BF server. He also has well over 3 characters listed on the BFMS, many with complete character biographies including Silas Crowe, the captain of his new command. Finally, he has earned his first two action medals earned by placing in two competitions.
  
  This is just a sample of the milestones he’s met since joining Bravo Fleet, and by all accounts his momentum means he will continue to exceed expectations. It is my pleasure to promote him to Lieutenant Junior Grade, and I’m excited to see his continuing progress!

Promoted to Ensign

  It's been a mere 10 days since Silus Crowe's (Hurkxion on Discord) most recent promotion to Midshipman, and in that time they have achieved great success. Their fabulous achievements span many areas of Bravo Fleet, starting with the fact they have become an active presence in many channels on the fleet server, reaching level 5 as a result. By participating in recent competitions, they have now entered at least 5 competitions. Most impressively, they have far surpassed the required 8 service ribbons with their writing aboard the USS Blythe (their command) and Starbase Bravo. Congratulations on earning your next promotion, Silus! With such a strong start to your time in the fleet, I can't wait to see what else you can achieve before your next promotion.

Promoted to Midshipman

  Since returning to Bravo Fleet from the reserves less than a month ago, Cam Solari aka Hurkxion has taken a very thoughtful approach to immersing himself in fleet activities and has built a solid foundation for future engagement and promotion.
  
  He has been a friendly and welcoming presence on the Discord server, having authenticated his account and already surpassing Level 3. He effectively reacquainted himself with Bravo Fleet by completing the New Member Program right out of the gate. He then went on to complete the Character Creation Program and was very deliberate in applying its lessons to his primary character profile.
  
  I look forward to writing with him on Starbase Bravo, and to seeing how he takes advantage of the expanding opportunities afforded to him by this promotion to Midshipman!
