  Rachelle "Chelle" Vincent, otherwise known as The Hand of Ray on Discord, has joined Bravo Fleet only a short time ago and has already proven to be an active member of our community!
  
  Since joining, Ray has completed the New Member Program, earning himself the completion badge. You would be hard-pressed to find someone in our community who hasn't seen Ray contributing to the many conversations after he authenticated on the Bravo Fleet discord server. He has also joined Starbase Bravo with his primary character Rachelle "Chelle" Vincent, and he has already contributed one post for this character. Looking forward to reading more from him in the future! But it doesn't stop there, you can also find Ray in our BF STO fleet completing TFO's with other members, where he's earned at least 3 Combat Action Ribbons!
