Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade

  Promotions continue to come thick and fast for Deneva de Sousa, and I am pleased to once again have the opportunity to recognise them for their excellent efforts in becoming an active member of the fleet.
  
  In becoming increasingly active on discord, they have reached Level 6 and regularly participate in conversations across the fleet server. Entering competitions has paid off, with them earning two Action Medals with Star Clusters for successfully placing in two of them. I have been particularly impressed with the quality of their writing, and this has been reflected in the creation of a character bio for their namesake aboard Endeavour NX-06. This character, of course, is just one of three detailed biographies they have created and shared on the BFMS system for all to read.
  
  I am thrilled with their contributions to the fleet so far, and I am proud to nominate them for the well-deserved rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade.

Promoted to Ensign

  In the week since they were last promoted, Deneva de Sousa (aka the Z) has pushed themselves to the next level and has nailed the criteria for their next rank.
  
  An active member of the fleet's discord server, they have already reached Level 5 and become a welcome addition to the discussion going on in many places. In responding to my own plea for assistance with a guest writer, they have gone out of their way to create a detailed biography for Commander Binshou Ang, a visiting psychiatrist who will soon be delving into the troubled pasts of many in the fleet. Away from writing, they have entered their first competitions, achieving 1st place in the TF17: RUNABOUT SUDOKU competition, earning their very first medal; the Action Medal with Star Cluster.
  
  Nailing the requirements for promotion in such a quick fashion is no mean feat, and Deneva de Sousa shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Therefore, it is my pleasure to nominate them for promotion to the rank of Ensign. Congratulations!

Promoted to Midshipman

  What a welcome addition to the fleet Deneva de Sousa (aka the Z) has been! Since returning to the fleet just over two weeks ago, they have smashed through the Cadet ranks and as a fully authenticated member of Discord, they are becoming an active part of the fleet and Task Force 17. Reaching level 3 on Discord in such a short amount of time is testament to that increased activity, which has also seen them branch out into various areas of the fleet such as competitions and writing on RPGs. Since joining, they have also been beavering away to complete not only the New Member Program Badge, but they have also obtained the Character Creation Program badge. For all of their success, it is my pleasure to nominate Deneva de Sousa for promotion to the rank of Midshipman. I hope that you enjoy your next adventure, and possibly even take advantage of that shiny, new Raven-class starship that is available to you.
