Promoted to Lieutenant Commander

  Lieutenant Roger Harrison, also known as Cass, has satisfied the requirements for promotion to lieutenant commander, exceeding the required fourteen days in grade by ninety-five days.
  
  During her 373 total days in Bravo Fleet (just passing her one year anniversary, evidenced by her sole Dedication Ribbon), she has earned merit awards, including the Meritorious Service Cross. She has also earned at least twenty Service Ribbons and entered at least fifteen Bravo Fleet competitions. During the time that she was on Discord, she exceeded level ten on Bravo Fleet’s Discord server.
  
  She lists at least eight characters on the BFMS, including five characters on roleplaying games: (No Rank) Roger Harrison of the USS Mercy, Lieutenant Rena Campbell of the USS Aquarius, Lieutenant Commander Vila Lorut of Outpost Houtman, Lieutenant Commander Bakshi of the USS Venture, and Lieutenant Junior Grade Thisbe Prar of the RRW Jarok. Of these characters, Lieutenant Commander Bakshi’s stands out as particularly complete, where she is described as someone who “takes her job very seriously, as a boss, but luckily, doesn’t take HERSELF too seriously.”
  
  We look forward to watching Lieutenant Commander Roger Harrison’s journey, especially as she continues to be a contributor to the five writing groups mentioned above.

Promoted to Lieutenant

  For a Starfleet officer, teamwork is both a science and an art. In Task Force 17, Roger Harrison (aka Cass on the discord) exemplifies the art of being a team player. Cass is an eager member of our discord community, especially the TF17 lounge, showing curiosity for other players and integrity in showing up as her authentic self. In addition to listing Captain Jamie Taylor in BFMS for her primary command, the USS Issedon, Cass has joined two Bravo Fleet RPGs: Starfleet's USS Mercy with Roger Harrison and the Romulan Republic's RRW Jarok with Tisbe Prar. Collaborative writing on these RPGs is where Cass is best able to practice her art of teamwork. Her dedication to all these activities was also recently recognised in Cass being awarded the Starfleet Medal of Commendation. For earning a merit award, for reaching at least level 6 on BF's discord, for listing at least three characters on BFMS, and for joining a second Bravo Fleet RPG, I am honoured to nominate Roger Harrison (aka Cass) for promotion to Lieutenant!

Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade

  Since being promoted to ensign, Roger Harrison (aka cass on discord) has been boldly seeking out new life and new civilizations as a well-respected member of Bravo Fleet. Roger has reached at least level 5 on discord by engaging with members of the fleet on a wide variety of topics, welcoming new members to Bravo Fleet, and always adding a welcome presence to the Task Force 17 lounge. Roger has further explored what Bravo Fleet has to offer by following Bravo Fleet on social media and entering five competition submissions during our recent Fleet Action. Having completed these criteria for promotion, I'm proud to promote Roger Harrison to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade!
  
  Congratulations and I can't wait to read more adventures of Roger Harrison aboard the Raven-class USS Issedon!

Promoted to Ensign

  Roger Harrison has recently dived head first into all that Bravo Fleet has to offer. This has led to big achievements as they’ve steadily climbed through the cadet grades since joining in February this year. Roger’s first outing with fiction writing has resulted in the award of two service ribbons, securing his promotion to Cadet Senior Grade back at the beginning with July. Since then, it’s been great to see Roger getting involved with more and more around the fleet. They have reached level three on Bravo Fleet's Discord server, successfully authenticated their Discord account and entered two Bravo Fleet competitions. Something I’ve been particularly pleased to see is Roger’s engagement in our recent fleet action, earning two challenge coins that have contributed to Task Force 17’s solid final score. Now, with the completion of the New Member Program, I am proud to admit Roger Harrison to the officer ranks as an Ensign! Congratulations!
