  What I love about promotion nominations is the chance to remind everyone of an individual's highlights since their last promotion and I've been waiting a while to write one up for Lihran as it stands!
  
  Since joining Bravo Fleet Lihran has been a keen and active member of the community, from the well-written characters of the USS Thyanis and later USS Cavalier to a collection of faces spread across multiple games such as Starbase Bravo, USS Mercy, Eos Station and the new RRW Jarok. Since making Lieutenant Commander, Lihran has maintained a consistent level of activity across the myriad of games they are in, which can be critical to keeping the flow going and I'm sure is much appreciated! Lihran has also earned a Star for Distinguished Service and most recently a Meritorious Service Cross.
  
  For these reasons and in acknowledgement of all that Lihran does by supporting the games they are in, supporting members of Task Force and Bravo Fleet on Discord and engaging with the community, I'd like to recommend them for the rank of Commander! Go forth and keep up the good work Lihran! Can't wait to see what you do next!

  Since joining Bravo Fleet only a month ago as of writing this, Lihran has been on a roll and shows no signs of stopping. He's now on level 6 on the Discord server, being actively engaged in regular conversation there. His character bio for Thevius has been expanded and developed into a solid piece of fiction that I'm sure will continue to grow in the future. His stable of three characters shows his continued commitment to expanding within Bravo Fleet and detailing the characters he uses in writing. Combine that with his recent Meritorious Service Cross and you have an individual who is truly committed to Bravo Fleet. So it is my extreme pleasure to recommend, just prior to the start of the Sundered Wings Fleet Action, that Lihran be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.

  Lihran is on a roll folks! He's reached level 5 on Discord, which is backed up by his presence online and in conversations. So awesome to see that community engagement! Not only that but he's placed in a competition recently, earning himself an Action Medal with Comet Cluster which is awesome! He's also rounded out and provided a fair bit of detail to his Starbase Bravo character as well, which is great to see! For all of these achievements, I'd like to recommend Lihran for promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade within Bravo Fleet.

  Simply Amazing Lihran!
  
  Since arriving Lihran has been steadily moving through the ranks by participating in a wide variety of activities. He has entered two competitions of the many that we offer and he has also reached level three in our discord server just by talking to fellow fleet members. All while authenticating his discord account to our Bravo Fleet Discord server, as well as completing the Academy’s New Member Program. I am excited to see how he continues to excel, because of this I am pleased to nominate Lihran to the rank of Ensign!
