Promoted to Lieutenant

  Attaining the rank of Lieutenant is an important milestone for members of Bravo Fleet as it marks the final rank amongst the junior officers before advancing to the senior officer tier. Today we recognise Lieutenant Junior Grade Kal Rane who has reached that milestone.
  
  Regarding meeting the criteria for promotion, Kal did what he could in the shortest amount of time possible. He has successfully listed at least three characters on his BFMS dossier, placed in two Bravo Fleet competitions, earned at least 12 Service Ribbons and was recently awarded the Meritorious Service Cross.
  
  I hope that I will be writing another nomination in short order introducing the next senior officer to the membership. Until then, I am pleased to nominate Kal Rane for promotion to Lieutenant. Congratulations!

  If there has ever been a time where someone has said that it was too late to start something, Kal Rane is a prime example to the contrary. While real life may have interfered with his ability to contribute more than they would have liked, Kal has demonstrated a level of activity in the last two weeks akin to some of our more active members in the fleet, seeking ways to meet their next criteria for promotion and being very receptive to the guidance offered by the Task Force staff.
  
  Having successfully passed the New Member Program in the Bravo Fleet Academy, authenticating their Discord account, following Bravo Fleet on Facebook and entering at least two competitions I am pleased to nominate Kal Rane for promotion to the rank of Ensign with all the rights and privileges of that rank. Congratulations!
