  Since joining Bravo Fleet, Darion Hayes has been a powerhouse of activity. In his short time with us, he’s developed an impressive character, Darion Hayes, who has since joined Starbase Bravo. He has entered at least 5 competitions, including TF86: Scoundrels, Conmen, and Mudd? and TF93: Engineering One (Easy), and placed in 1 having earned third place in the TF93 competition. He’s demonstrated zeal and passion for the craft and has been an active member of discord. Therefore having met all the criteria for his next promotion, it is my extreme privilege to nominate Darion Hayes for the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade.
  
  I look forward to seeing increased activity as you progress further in Bravo Fleet. Aim for the stars, and I am sure you will reach whatever goal you set in front of you.

  Jumping into Bravo Fleet, Cadet Darion Hayes hit the ground running. In their short time with us, they've earned at least five Service Ribbons from their time on Starbase Bravo. They've completed the New Member Program, authenticated their Discord, and reached level 3 on discord. They have genuinely demonstrated an eagerness and excitement for involvement here in Bravo Fleet.
  
  In light of this, it is my honor to nominate Cadet Hayes for the promotion to the rank of ensign. Great job, Ensign! I wish you all the best as you continue to progress and grow.
