Promoted to Lieutenant Commander

  It is hard to believe that it is time to again honour Lieutenant Muninn Musgrave or his progress within the fleet. It seems like it was only yesterday I was recommending him for his most recent promotion when it has only been two weeks. In that time he has proven that a lot can be accomplished. His hard work and dedication to his progression within the fleet are a shining example to any cadet that may follow in his footsteps and use him as a role model for their own advancement.
  
  Muninn has listed at least five characters on BFMS, of which he has developed an in-depth biography for one of those characters, Lieutenant Commander Allan Alia-Ledgard, Commanding Officer of the USS Mogrus. He has also earned at least 15 Service Ribbons for his fiction aboard the same avatar command, placed in at least three Bravo Fleet competitions and has earned the Character Creation Program badge from the Bravo Fleet Academy.
  
  Without further ado, it is my pleasure, for having satisfied the above required criteria, to nominate Lieutenant Muninn Musgrave for promotion to the senior officer rank of Lieutenant Commander. You have come a long way, but I can say from experience that your journey is just beginning. Congratulations!

Promoted to Lieutenant

  Lieutenant Junior Grade Muninn Musgrave, upon joining Bravo Fleet set out on a quest when they took that initial step and joined the fleet some months ago. When they did, unbeknownst to them, they would set in motion a series of events that would change the way they take their love of Trek.
  
  They would flesh out their biography for their character of the same name for use on Starbase Bravo, one of at least 3 characters listed in BFMS, delving into the excitement and other tomfoolery that might be expected of 'Lower Deckers'. They would regale their peers in the adventures aboard the USS Mogrus earning themselves at least 12 Service Ribbons and they would earn the respect of their Task Force Staff for their exceptional amount of activity, earning themself a Silver Palm.
  
  There is no doubt in my mind that they won't continue on this path of hard work and dedication, and therefore it is my pleasure to nominate Muninn Musgrave for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant. Congratulations!

  When one looks at a member such as Muninn Musgrave, one can't help but notice the incredible amount of activity they have demonstrated in such a short period of time. It has also become a case where one doesn't enter a Discord channel without running into Muninn's presence. They have become a very active member of the Task Force, and the fleet as a whole and it is my pleasure to be working with them.
  
  For meeting the criteria of authenticating their Discord account, completing the New Member Program in the Bravo Fleet academy, following the Bravo Fleet account on Twitter and earing at least 5 Service Ribbons, it is my pleasure to nominate Muninn Musgrave for promotion to the rank of Ensign.
