It seems like it has been less than five minutes since Evelyn's last, well-earned promotion, and here we are again, recognising their exceptional work! In truth, this promotion is long overdue and as the new TFXO for TF72 it is great to finally be able to recognize the fantastic achievements that Evelyn has recorded in recent times.
Evelyn has made a flying start to their career in Bravo Fleet, starting off with the creation of 5 characters with an array of information and detailed biographies, including the magnificent service record for their character Mira, a Romulan Security Officer serving aboard the USS Xenius. Another impressive achievement is using those characters to earn fifteen service ribbons for their top quality fiction writing aboard the Xenius. One of the most exciting aspects of Bravo Fleet is our competition system, and Evelyn continues to set a fine example for the rest of the Task Force. They have entered twelve different competitions and managed to successfully place in three of them (which is no mean feat given the standard of competitions in recent times).
Behind the scenes of the Task Force, Evelyn was one of the first to welcome me into the fold, and since then, they have been a source of great conversation. I have been thrilled to work with Evelyn in ensuring their promotion is verified, and I look forward to what is to come from them. I know there are exciting plans afoot for a new primary command and I look forward to working with them to establish this new venture. In recognition of all these fine achievements, it is my pleasure to nominate Evelyn Sommers for the rank of Lieutenant Commander, with all the rights and privileges of that rank.
They say that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Lieutenant Junior Grade Evelyn Sommers began that journey just short of four months ago and has now come to the next step in that journey. A journey that I have had the pleasure of being a part of since day one.
As a recent recipient of the Star Cross, they have demonstrated that they do not shy away from activity, allowing them to easily have met the requirements for their next promotion. For having met the criteria of creating a well-developed biography for his character Rey Ford, listing at least three characters on BFMS, Earning at least 12 Service Ribbons, and entering at least 8 Bravo Fleet competitions, I am pleased to nominate Evelyn Sommers for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant. Congratulations!
Ensign Evelyn Sommers continues to be a beacon of activity within the Task Force. If there is a milestone to be sought for their next promotion, they are seeking avenues to reach that milestone as quickly as possible with the help and guidance of their mentor.
Since their last promotion to Ensign, they have successfully met the criteria of obtaining at least eight Service Ribbons, running a Bravo Fleet Competition and creating a well developed biography for their character of the same name.
It is my hope that Evelyn continues their upward journey with the same zeal they have demonstrated thus far, and be an example for all those that should follow on their own similar journeys. Therefore, having met the time in grade and attaining the above required criteria, I am pleased to nominate Evelyn Sommers for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade. Congratulations!
A lot can be said about someone who demonstrates the motivation for advancement that a member such as Evelyn Sommers has. Having only been in the fleet for just over a week, Evelyn has successfully met all of the criteria to reach Cadet Senior Grade. Today, having successfully completed the New Member Program in the Academy, authenticating their Discord account, following the Bravo Fleet Twitter account and earning at least 5 Service Ribbon, they have now met the requirements for their first major milestone in their Bravo Fleet career.
It is my pleasure to hereby nominate Evelyn Sommers to the rank of Ensign. May the stories with your newly acquired Raven be adventurous!
