  It's time we acknowledge the time and effort that has been put in by Maddox. The rank of commander is something special and earned by those who truly enjoy what they do in BF. In fact, the amount of time alone shows dedication above any other. This is easy for Maddox who shows a true enjoyment of all things Star Trek and the many opportunities it affords in this group.
  
  Activity is the main part of making it to this prestigious rank, and Maddox has definitely been active, whether that be in the fleet Discord or gaming. Lately Maddox has been seen doing both. These little moments in activity show Maddox's desire and ability to advance in Bravo Fleet.
  
  Since his last promotion on March 8th, 2022, Maddox earned a Starfleet Silver Star and three challenge coins for his participation in the recent Sundered Wings Fleet Action, as well as 4 Service Ribbons, 3 Action Medals with Galaxy Clusters, 2 Action Medals with Star Clusters, 1 Action Medal with Planet Cluster, 1 Campaign Ribbon, and 9 Strategic Action Ribbons from his gaming activity on Star Trek Online. All of this led to his Silver Palm on July 26th.
  
  Since then he also participated in the First Bravo Fleet Trivia Night on August 14th and earned an Action Medal with Planet Cluster for placing second.
  
  With all this in mind, it is my pleasure to nominate Maddox to the rank of Commander! Welcome to the elite three pips and beyond! I am sure you will continue to excel in your activity and do just as much if not more than you have this past year!

Promoted to Lieutenant Commander

  The center chair - a shared dream with all Star Trek fan! Luckily for the members of Bravo Fleet, you earn your first command when reaching the rank of Lieutenant Commander! Accomplishing this is no easy feat; it takes time, dedication, and a love of Star Trek! Lucky for us, a member of TF 86 is about to join the ranks of starship command! Leland’s activity in Bravo Fleet has been well rounded. He’s completed the New Member Program, joined RPGs, participated in the BF Star Trek Online community where he earned over 25 Strategic Action Ribbons, placed in six different competitions, and continues to be an active contributor on the BF Discord server. Leland’s well rounded activity in Bravo Fleet has fully prepared him for the rank of Lt. Commander! Therefore, I am honored and privileged to recommend Leland for a promotion to the rank of Lt. Commander! I know I speak for all of Task Force 86 when I say that we can’t wait to see the stories you tell from your command! Good luck, Commander!

Promoted to Lieutenant

  Leland has been a member of Bravo Fleet for four years. Recently, Leland’s activity has increased: he has earned 12 strategic action ribbons, reached level 6 on Discord, has 3 characters listed on the BFMS, and created a well-developed character biography (Lieutenant Theodore Sladek). As such, they are now eligible to be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. We look forward to Leland’s increased activity, especially with the upcoming Stormbreaker Campaign!
