  Outstanding job, Roger Allen! It has been a long time coming and the excitement and anticipation to achieving this goal was well noticed on the Bravo Fleet Discord Server! Roger Allen has shown his dedication to Bravo Fleet through his activity alone in his writing on both the USS Sitacus and USS Mercy. During the Fleet Action Sundered Wings, I personally gave Roger Allen a goal of his own to achieve the next rank he needed just before phase 3 of the Fleet Action where he then received a Battlefield Promotion to Lieutenant. After that, it was clear that Roger Allen was going to strive for his next achievement and he has! Roger Allen has reached level 7 on Bravo Fleet's Discord Server, earned 15 Service Ribbons for his writing, listed five characters on BFMS, as well as created a well developed biography for Lieutenant J.G. Iziraa and earned a Merit Award. For earning the Medal of Achievement during the Fleet Action Sundered Wings, this was the last requirement he needed to achieve his goal. With that said, it is my honor to nominate Lieutenant Roger Allen a promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Commander!   Roger Allen has been showing his interests in making sure things go smoothly in his stories in Bravo Fleet. With his own Raven, the USS Sitacus, he has already published three stories that gives us insight of his Captain and his crew. He has reached level 5 on Discord, earned 6 Duty Ribbons and 8 Service Ribbons, thus completing the criteria needed!
