  Its that time again! Lieutenant Mikaela Kovalev has consistently been a presence in the fleet with her continued writing. She has now created five characters on BFMS, which in turn helped in creating a well developed biography of Beth Chapman. This stable of characters has helped Kovalev to earn 15 Service Ribbons for her solo writing on the Denver and Achilles. Additionally, her participation in the Fleet Action, including earning a Starfleet Gold Star during the event, earned her a Meritorious Service Cross for her activity! Finally, through her participation in a fleet gaming night she received 10 Combat Action Ribbons.

  Since their promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade, Mikaela continues to shine and demonstrate their passion for the craft within their writing on the USS Denver. They have earned at least 12 Service Ribbons and 8 Duty Ribbons. Their biography for Mikaela Kovalev, one of three listed on BFMS, is well-developed and indicative of their overall performance in the fleet. I can't wait to see what's next for Mikaela.
  
  I am confident that Mikaela will continue the dedication that they have already shown as a positive contributor to the fleet and Task Force 86 going forward and am pleased to nominate them for promotion to Lieutenant.

  It is my pleasure to recommend that Mikaela Kovalev be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade. Since their last promotion and assignment to Task Force 86, they have a well-written and developed character, Eline Liebenberg, in BFMS. They also have followed Bravo Fleet on Twitter and earned at least eight service ribbons. Mikaela Kovalev, I look forward to our adventures together in Task Force 86.   Raven Fleet has smashed her way through the cadet ranks, and their promotion to Ensign comes just as quickly! All four requirements for the rank have been completed in rapid succession, namely; 1) Discord account authentication, 2) Completing the Bravo Fleet New Members’ Program, 3) Earning 5 service ribbons, 4) Joining a second Bravo Fleet RPG, USS Denver. Congratulations on your commission!
