  I know how much Lieutenant Tallera has been anticipating this, so I'm happy to push this forward immediately after they have received the Meritorious Service Cross! He even continues to grace us with his wonderful Lower Decks artistic style of his future ship and crew!
  
  I’m unsure what more I need to say about Lieutenant Tallera that has not already been said since their most recent award. Along with the activity they presented during the Fleet Action, which earned him 1 Bronze Star, he has also earned himself 33 Service Ribbons, a total of 8,250 words! Furthermore, in the RPG perspective of writing, he has earned 2 Duty Ribbons. He also has 5 characters listed on BFMS and reached level 7 on discord.
  
  From the gaming perspective, though, he has earned 5 Strategic Ribbons, 3 Campaign Ribbons, and 38 Combat Action Ribbons!
  
  I am proud and honored to award Lieutenant Tallera the promotion to Lieutenant Commander! Congratulations! We are all looking forward to seeing more out of you!

  What does Aerohead do when he returns from life? He brings in that same energy of activity that he had before! Not only that, his amazing talent with his art continues to amaze and awe us. That said, with three characters listed on BFMS, earned 8 Combat Action Ribbons, reached Level 6 on discord and created a well developed biography of his Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Commander Jimena Zelenko, for his ship fiction, USS Achana. Aerohead has completed all the criteria he needs.

Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade

  Clearly, Tallera has proven their activity to everyone in Bravo Fleet and is a fine contributing member of TF93. Tallera now has their very own Raven class called the USS Achana and is ready to get started on their very first adventure! Since their last promotion, they earned several ribbons in the most recent STO event that we had last weekend, and earned an Action Medal with Planet Cluster for placing in the Stormbreaker Isoliner Scramble Competition! So without further ado, for reaching Level 5 on Discord, placing in a Bravo Fleet competition, and earning at least 6 Combat Action Ribbons, I am proud to nominate Tallera for promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade! I look forward to seeing more activity from them and what else they can bring to Bravo Fleet and Task Force 93!

  Ever since Tallera joined Bravo Fleet, they have been really engaging. Clearly they have shown great interest in being part of Bravo Fleet. Not only were they excited to be here, they were also excited when they learned about the opportunity to command a Raven class as soon as they achieved the rank of ensign. Well today is that very day! I am proud to announce that after finishing the New Member Program, and then joining an RPG, earning two Campaign Ribbons and five Strategic Ribbons, Tallera will be promoted to the rank of Ensign! You have taken your first step from being a cadet in the academy to the ranks of a junior officer. Now go get your Raven, Ensign!
