  The moment I saw that Joshua Randall was so close to completing all his criteria for this rank, I reached out to him and since then he has proven his dedication and desire to be here in Bravo Fleet. Not only has he fulfilled the time required (by quite a bit) but he has gone on to work on many other pieces of activity. It is clear from all of this that he is keen on our role-playing games. Already he is a member of the Endeavour NX-06 team, but to achieve this rank he has joined a second RPG (the USS Altai) and created a well developed biography for his character. Furthermore from his participation on these RPGS, he has received eight duty ribbons and twelve service ribbons. With all of this in mind, I am happy to say that Joshua Randall has finally successfully completed all the requirements he needed to get himself at this point.
  
  So after all of this incredible work, I am proud to nominate Joshua Randall to the rank of Lieutenant. I am looking forward to seeing you continue with your service here in Bravo Fleet and in Task Force 93! Congratulations!
