  It has only been a week since Pascal Reade joined the fleet. In that time, he has taken the bull by the horns and jumped into any facet of activity that would earn him credit toward his next promotion. He would routinely seek out advice for ways he could contribute and ask questions about anything he was unsure about. It has been an absolute pleasure to have such an active member in such a short timeframe in the Task Force.
  
  For authenticating his Discord account in the Bravo Fleet Discord server, completing the New Member Program in the Academy, following the Bravo Fleet Twitter account and joining the In game fleet in Star Trek Online meeting the required criteria, I hereby nominate Pascal Reade for promotion to the rank of Ensign.
