Promoted to Captain

  Since his last promotion on 2nd July 2021, Arden has been an active member of our community, always ready to provide his patented Seal of Approval on discord when the occasion calls for it. Additionally, he has proven himself to be a valuable member of the OCS team, a constant presence and advisor to successive Chiefs of Staff.
  
  In September 2021, Arden received the Silver Palm for his contributions during Echoes of the Tkon Fleet Action. Since then he has also added 22 Combat Action Ribbons and 4 Service Ribbons, the latter earned as he laid the groundwork for his participation in the Sundered Wings Fleet Action of 2022.
  
  As SO: Competitions, Arden has been an important and reliable part of the Office of the CoS. He’s worked diligently in scrutinising competitions submitted, working with members when adjustments needed to be made so that the competition worked and the criteria for winning were clear. I’ve been impressed by Arden in my short time working in OCS, so much so that when I was promoted to CoS, the shortlist for potential deputies consisted of one name: his. Since then he has proven himself in the role of Deputy CoS, quick to provide feedback on awards and promotions, informed by his work in OCS over the past year and a half.
  
  I am delighted to be able to nominate Arden for promotion to the rank of Captain. Congratulations!

Promoted to Commander

• Since his promotion in early January of 2021, Arden has been an incredible asset to not only the Chief of Staff’s office but also Bravo Fleet as a whole. As a member, Arden has participated in 2 competitions since his last promotion, placing in both, worth 1 Action Medal with Galaxy Cluster and 1 Action Medal with Planet Cluster. Additionally, he has earned 9 Campaign Ribbons in gaming. On the gaming side of things, he has been an integral part of assisting the Gaming Office with the introduction and adoption of World of Warships as a gaming platform within Bravo Fleet. As evidence by his recent Legion of Merit, Arden has also been a star in the Office of the Chief of Staff, serving since his last promotion continuously as both Deputy and now the Staff Officer in charge of Competitions.
