  It's from one high note to the next! Lisald has gone about acing the requirements for Lieutenant Commander in short order that's for sure! The bevy of characters on BFMS continues to grow, with a collection of awesome bios to have a read over! And not only has Lisald previously completed competitions, but gone about creating some for all of us across Bravo Fleet to enjoy!
  Lisald of has created 3 competitions for BF members to enjoy as well as placing in three other competitions, now has 5 characters on BFMS, has developed the bio of more of those characters then last time and last but not least definitively completed the 10 duty ribbon requirement.
  With a long history in Bravo Fleet and now moving into BFMS, as well as interacting with the fleet as a wider community, I'm proud to recommend Lisald for promotion to Lieutenant Commander! We're lucky to have you in the fleet and I'm looking forward to more in the future mate! Keep up the good work!

  This promotion is a long time coming but well deserved! Lisald has been a part of Bravo Fleet for some time now and in that time has been a member of two different games, Repulse and the Cygnus, with a considerable history with Cygnus which just keeps on going! Lisald has been with Bravo Fleet for a few years now but recently come into Task Force 17 and I'm more then pleased to nominate Lisald for the rank of Lieutenant within Bravo Fleet for their activity and history within the Fleet. With a history of competitions and a stable of characters, I'm hoping we'll see more from Lisald in the future!
