• In the last five months, VividShado has been very prolific both in writing activities and in participation in competitions across the fleet. In April and May, he was awarded first the Silver Palm and then the Meritorious Service Cross for his considerable levels of activity, the majority of which has taken the form of fiction for his ship, the USS Heracles, as well as posts on the former USS Hippocrates RPG. Since his last medal, Vivid has also organized three competitions of his own, which provided valuable ways for other members of the fleet to get involved. For this activity since his last promotion, I am pleased to nominate VividShado for promotion to the rank of Commander. Congratulations on reaching this new level!
