Promotion Criteria
Time in Previous Rank
1 week Nomination Process
Only Task Force Executive Officers/Deputy Department Heads or above can nominate someone to be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade after confirming to the OCS that the activities have been completed satisfactorily. Complete four (4) of the following:
- Join a Bravo Fleet RPG (May be used twice for joining more than one RPG, but only once per promotion)
- Join Starbase Bravo
- Reach Level 6 on Bravo Fleet’s Discord server
- List 3 characters on BFMS
- Entered in 8 Bravo Fleet competitions
- Place in 2 Bravo Fleet competitions
- Earn 4 Challenge Coins
- Organize and run 1 Bravo Fleet competition
- Join a Bravo Fleet Department as a staff member (Deputy, Staff Officer, or Staff Assistant)
- Earn a Merit Award (May be used up to twice for different merit awards, but only once per promotion)
- Create a complete character biography (May be used more than once for different characters, but only once per promotion)
- Earn 8 Duty Ribbons
- Earn 12 Service Ribbons
- Earn 8 Combat Action Ribbons
- Earn 12 Strategic Action Ribbons
- Earn 4 Campaign Ribbons
- Earn a Bravo Fleet Academy badge other than the New Member Program Badge (May be used more than once for separate badges, regardless of when the badge was earned, but only once per promotion)
- Earn a Starfleet Readiness Medal

Your activity must be different than previously completed. Higher activity requirements to previous ranks constitute a new activity. Activity award requirements refer to your total earned, not those earned solely in-rank.
