Since earning his last award just a few months ago, Lieutenant Commander Gregory Rook has demonstrated his ability to be a beacon of activity within Task Force 93. Whether it be writing or gaming, Rook isn’t afraid to jump into the action earning himself an impressive amount of activity ribbons in just a short space of time. It’s been a real treat to watch how far he has come and I am pleased to nominate him for this well deserved award.
Gaming is a fun way to get involved especially when playing with other members, Rook is no different when it comes to that. He had earned 160 Combat Action Ribbons for playing different types of games with other members such as Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Final Fantasy XIV. While gaming is a great activity it isn’t the only thing that Rook participates in. He has earned 6 Service Ribbons for his writings on the USS Galahad, which equals about 1,500 words written. He has also earned 1 Duty Ribbon for his joint writings with another member.
With his continued activity I am excited to nominate Lieutenant Commander Gregory Rook for the Star for Distinguished Service award! Congratulations on this achievement and can’t wait to see what the future brings!
