Justification

Adam has been an excellent member of the Chief of Staff’s office since his appointment. In addition to his standard duties processing award and promotion requests, he has also taken it upon himself to remake and standardize award images. At this time he has created 26 unique ribbon award images and another for our Command at Sea badge as part of this project. As such, it gives me pleasure to award him this Meritorious Service Cross.
