Mission Description

Scattered across the sector, Lakota Squadron assembles near the Zaran system when a faint Borg signal emerges from the dangerous depths of the Etrada Nebula. Closest to the signal, Captain Noli Auru and the USS Proteus are dispatched to investigate, only to find an Orion Syndicate vessel has already located the source—a dormant Borg device capable of emitting an EMP pulse powerful enough to disable entire fleets. Before the Proteus can intercept, Orion escorts engage, allowing the Syndicate ship to escape with the device in tow. Determined to pursue, Captain Noli navigates the volatile nebula, evading patrols, magnetic storms, and hidden sensor nets. After a tense pursuit, the Proteus locates the Orion vessel docked at Black Veil Station, where Syndicate operatives are modifying the device for weaponisation. With communications down, Noli must get her ship to safety to relay her findings to Starfleet and the rest of the squadron…
