Welcome to Delta-Bravo – The Headquarters of Task Force 38!
In the 2390s, the long-thought unusable Barzan Wormhole was stabilised, connecting the distant Delta Quadrant to the Alpha Quadrant’s Barzan System once more and permitting near-instant travel between the two quadrants when the wormhole opened once each month.Through the efforts of the earliest explorations of the Delta Quadrant by Task Force 38 – formed with the mission profile to re-establish contact with the species encountered by the starship Voyager thirty years ago – a unique agreement was reached between the Federation and the Turei.
Guardians of a complex series of subspace tunnels known as Underspace that stretch far across the Delta Quadrant in all directions, the Turei have tentatively entered into an alliance with Task Force 38, who have established a joint presence on their station Mithrar Anchorage located at an Underspace nexus in the Gradin Belt.
Serving as the headquarters for the task force to coordinate Starfleet’s operations in the Delta Quadrant, and designated Delta-Bravo by its Starfleet guests, Mithrar Anchorage is tasked with the protection and management of these tunnels – as well as serving as a focal point of commerce, enterprise and industry for the Turei and their Delta Quadrant neighbours.
Delta-Bravo is the sole waystation for Starfleet ships exploring these far-distant frontiers, a single Federation bastion in a dark and perilous quadrant of the galaxy. As new alliances are forged and new threats emerge, with doubts and troubles plaguing the tumultuous region Delta-Bravo calls home, are you ready to join us in helping preserve the future?

Rear Admiral Matthew Cody
Matt Cody is a people person and a diplomat, genuinely wanting to learn more about people, cultures and alien races. Cody’s innate skill involves understanding a person’s interests, motivations, family details and history which in turn gives him a truly perceptive insight into an individual’s personality and what makes them tick. His promotion to commodore tore him away from his beloved starship centre seat but provided him with the opportunity to improve situations within his new sphere of influence as Deputy Director, Starfleet Command School. A return to active operations has seen Cody take up the position of Deputy Commander Task Force 38 within Starfleet's Fourth Fleet, followed by promotion to rear admiral as Commander Task Force 38 & Director, Delta Exploration Initiative. Commodore Kudred Valyn
A philosopher and tactician at heart, the reserved and polite Kudred embodies many of the traits common to his two progenitor races. A contemplative character, Kudred is nevertheless fascinated by the anthropology of the galaxy's cultures and races, and his sense of exploration has been awoken by the opportunities afforded by the Delta Exploration Initiative. Senior Chief Petty Officer Xal Ra-Movraii
Xal Ra-Movraii is a career noncom, having enlisted with Starfleet from a young age and spent his years serving the Federation, for the most part, with fierce loyalty and determination. A hands-on practical man of advanced years, Chief Ra-Movraii has turned his tempestuous nature towards a gruff wisdom, not easily suffering fools but caring deeply about the appropriate tutelage of others. From his years as an enlisted crewman, Xal has developed a wariness of the commissioned ranks, especially those younger in years, but has nevertheless grown to grudgingly respect select members of the officer cadre. This attitude has lent itself to a certain disinterest and aloofness towards the younger junior officers that deign to give him orders, but whilst he will certainly not baulk at challenging th Played by Christopher |
