[LAB Phase 2]: Encrypted Cardassian Transmission

Your ship has received an encrypted transmission with a Cardassian signature. Decrypt it immediately to learn of their plans for Underspace.

Criteria

• Solve the cryptogram for the message. Submit the whole message, but do not submit the individual letters in the cipher.
• Submissions will be graded on correctness (with one point taken off per letter wrong). Ties will be broken by time taken to solve, as tracked by the BFMS.
