History
Barc was born in 2359 on Tellar Prime. Barc grew up fixing things. Barc applied to Starfleet Academy during the Domonion War, but his entrance was delayed until after the Dominion War. Barc advanced through Starfleet through sheer grit and determination and Tellarite ingenuity.
